1 cucumber diced
4-5 kale leaves
Around 1 cup of Chinese Cabbage
3 garlic cloves
How to make it
Dice up your kale, cabbage and Cucumber in to small pieces.
To a blender of pestle & Mortar, add garlic, olive oil, avocado & a pinch of salt and blend them all up together
Add your diced vegatbles to a large bowl and top wth your avocado mix
Add sone Organic Chickpea Tortilla Chips and watch the whole family dig in
